Selfmademusic is an avant-garde electronic music act with trip-hop and vaporwave influences, created by Mihai-Eugen Sălăjan. An electronic music producer and performer, director and multimedia artist, Mihai-Eugen has performed at events such as TMbase, AVmotional, Electric Castle, Street Delivery in Bucharest and Casa Poporului.
His collaborations include big names: Makunouchi Bento, DSLX, Alex Halka and recently Psihodrom. In addition to his musical career, Mihai-Eugen has been active for 20 years as a multimedia artist, creating various sound installations and interactive art. He is also a frequent collaborator and member of Kinema Ikon. Together with the experimental art group Biserika, he exhibited in the main hall of the Stirbey Palace during the 2012 Gallery Night.
