Timișoara City Celebration 2025 brought together, between August 1 and 3, 2025, over 84,600 participants for the event’s largest edition to date. With 197 events held in public spaces and 65,000 spectators at the main venue—Civic Park and I.C. Brătianu Boulevard—this edition cemented Timișoara City Celebration’s status as one of Romania’s most important urban events. The program brought together international artists such as James Bay, performing in Romania for the first time, MIKA, and Bajaga i Instruktori, alongside numerous local and national artists, rounding out the lineup with concerts, shows, DJ sets, workshops, and cultural activities for all ages. In a Romanian premiere, the French company Ilotopie presented an aquatic show on the Bega Canal, and making the program accessible through sign language interpretation reaffirmed the event’s commitment to inclusion and participation.
