Born Zoltan Varga, Zoleevee developed a passion for music even before the 1989 Revolution, when Kashtan tape recorders and cassette decks were all the rage. Starting in 1996, his passion materialized into a career as a DJ at the first private radio station in Timișoara, RadioWest, where he produced a series of themed shows. In 1999, he embraced a career as a music editor for various local publications and beyond.

Music has many facets, so in 2010, Zoltan Varga started editing the music review blog DeAscultat. Over the years, Zoleevee has been invited to DJ at the Revolution Festival, Plai Festival, Embargo Fest, Rock Festival in Mureș, Flight Festival, Codru Festival, and numerous clubs.

Given the diversity of musical styles that make up Zoleevee's "melange," his sets cover a wide range of trends, both contemporary and "retro." This is because, whether it's rock or punk, reggae or disco or jazz, music is a mixture of magic and enchantment.
